Brownie Badge
Painting Earn your painting badge in two classes! All materials supplied. First class we will discuss all our tools and supplies and get inspired to paint a 16 x 20" canvas. We will learn about color, color mixing, brushstroke, texture, and how they can effect the mood of our painting. Second class we will design and paint a mural for your troop! Each class is 1 1/2 hours. $12/scout. All supplies included. Email [email protected] to schedule your troop. Junior Badges Drawing Badge Earn your drawing badge! We will discuss and try different materials like graphite, charcoal, and ink. We will do simple observational drawings and learn to shade the objects, and we will go over basic perspective. We will then draw a still life using all the knowledge we learned. Class is 1 1/2 hours. $10/scout. All materials supplied. Email [email protected] to schedule your troop. Jewelry Badge Earn your jewelry badge! In two classes. All materials supplied. First class we will discuss the tools jewelers use and how to properly use them. We will work with metal and make metal stamped bracelets and metal pedants using recycled materials. Second class we will learn and make jewelry inspired by another culture and make something sparkly! Each class is 1 1/2 hours. $12/scout. All materials supplied.
